Job Description
This Barista position is focused on maintaining high standards of quality coffee and beverage service within the Bluestone Lane coffee shop. The Barista is responsible for all aspects of the coffee shop operation, including customer service, food preparation, POS handling, and maintaining cleanliness. They serve as a role model for the bar, training baristas and contributing to the overall success of the shop.
