Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience in the gaming industry preferred
- Excellent verbal skills
- Ability to resolve applicable guest concerns
- Service quality characteristics including courtesy, promptness, and professionalism
- Analytical skills and good computer skills
