Senior Director, Capital Markets

BlueWave is seeking a Senior Director of Capital Markets to oversee all aspects of transaction execution, financial modeling, pricing and due diligence for renewable energy projects. The role requires 8-10+ years of relevant work experience, including a minimum of five (5) years in solar project finance and/or tax equity structuring with a renewable energy developer, investor, advisor, or comparable organization.

Requirements

• Manage day-to-day responsibilities for financing execution, financial modeling, pricing, due diligence, and interaction with external partners
• Represent the PF team as a ‘go-to’ subject matter expert on financial modeling and renewable energy financing
• Train and mentor analysts and associates and educate internal colleagues
• Establish and manage project investor community relationships including tax and cash equity, debt, consultants, etc.
• Manage project finance investor due diligence tasks including maintenance of data room, and take deals to closing
• Take ownership of project finance valuation models and modeling tools, ensuring up to date market data and internal pricing structures
• Remain current on rapidly evolving market developments and participate in industry events
• Supervise Analyst(s) and Associate(s)
