Senior Director, Capital Markets

The Senior Director, Capital Markets leads the financing of data center development projects, requiring deep expertise in data center project and structured finance. The role involves analyzing and recommending structuring alternatives, spearheading financing negotiations, and collaborating with executive leadership and lenders to drive successful financing execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or other related discipline.
• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in project and structured finance with a significant focus on data center or critical infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing large-scale, complex data center project and structured financing transactions.
• Exceptional financial modeling, analytical, and valuation skills, with proficiency in advanced tools and financial systems.
• Deep understanding of data center business models, operations, and market dynamics.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills at the executive level.
• Demonstrated leadership, facilitation skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally.
