Northeastern North Carolina Field Organizer

Blue Wave America is seeking motivated individuals to join their team as full-time Field Organizers for the 2026 election cycle, leading the effort to drive turnout in rural counties of North Carolina. Field Organizers will work to elect Democrats up and down the ballot, implementing a field plan and managing the GOTV operation in rural North Carolina, while engaging in relational organizing and deep canvassing strategies.

Requirements

• Implementing all aspects of the field program in the assigned region.
• Coordinating and participating in direct voter contact programs.
• Recruiting, training, and managing volunteers and interns.
• Meeting weekly voter contact and volunteer recruitment goals.
• Building strong relationships with relational volunteers and volunteer event hosts.
• Representing Blue Wave America with professionalism at designated events.
