Job Description
We are currently hiring Creative Strategists to manage the creative production process for our portfolio of brands at BM Digital. As a Creative Strategist, you will be responsible for managing the entire video production and iteration process end-to-end, from concept to scriptwriting to live testing on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Google Ads. Creative Strategists are the storytellers behind each video ad, responsible for communicating a clear message through short form video and determining the best ways to vary content for different audiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Paid social or Direct Response experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions
- Strong project management skills
- Strong understanding of social media
- Experience with FB Ads Manager, and/or experience with other ad platforms including TikTok, Youtube, Snapchat
