Welder Helper

BMarko Structures is hiring Welder Helpers to assist in our Welding Department! This will be a temp-to-hire role on first shift. Pay is $18-$22/hr depending on experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction or manufacturing preferred but not required.
• Basic understanding of welding processes and safety practices.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various positions.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced welders.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
