Agentic AI Engineer (f/m/x)

We are a central technology team specializing in AI, Generative AI, and Generative Design, responsible for identifying, industrializing and scaling new technologies in practical use cases. You will take technical responsibility for complex, cross-functional AI initiatives, independently identify, evaluate, and manage AI-related projects, and work closely with internal IT units, business departments, and cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Physics or comparable field.
• At least 3 years of practical experience in software development with Python.
• At least 2 years of experience in implementing and industrializing AI solutions, including at least one major open-source framework.
• Strong methodological expertise in at least two of the following areas: Generative AI, Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, MLOps or platform development.
• Hands-on experience in data engineering, including building and managing database systems and data pipelines.
• Proficiency in software development best practices such as clean code principles, object-oriented programming, DevOps and testing; experience in AWS or Azure is a plus.
