Job Description
As a Principal Generative AI Engineer, you will design, build, and deploy sophisticated multi-agent workflows and autonomous systems, owning the technical execution from prototype to production. You will lead the design, coding, and implementation of advanced multi-agent systems, agentic workflows, and complex RAG architectures.
Requirements
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
- 8+ years of professional software/AI engineering experience
- 3+ years building systems with Generative AI and a strong focus on AI agents
- Expert-level Python skills and deep, practical experience with agent frameworks
- Proven production experience with architecting, developing, and shipping agentic AI solutions or complex LLM applications
- Fluent German and English required
