Job Description
The BMW Group is seeking an Artificial Intelligence Agent Development Intern to support the development of AI agents for vehicle development. The intern will work on analyzing existing organizational processes, designing modern interaction patterns, and implementing a solution approach based on agents.
Requirements
- Studies in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, Cognitive Systems, or comparable.
- Experience in the conception or development of AI agents.
- Passion for KI technologies and ideally own projects from studies or private surroundings.
- Understanding of digital workflow systems and automation logic; experience with modern AI / agent frameworks is desirable.
- Analytical and structured thinking ability, as well as interest in complex organizational systems.
- Proficient use of MS Office, Atlassian Jira / Confluence; basic knowledge of programming with Python is an advantage, optional experience with n8n or similar platforms.
- Very high self-initiative, extraordinary self-organization, reliability, ability to develop technical solutions with clear user orientation, and goal-oriented behavior, as well as very good German and good English skills.
