Requirements
- Business administration studies, education studies, psychology, business law, or comparable
- First practical experience in the personnel department
- Secure handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Basic knowledge of SAP R/3 is advantageous
- Team and communication skills
- Good German and English skills
