Senior Agentic AI Engineer (f/m/x)

We are seeking a Senior Agentic AI Engineer to take overall technical responsibility for complex, cross-functional AI initiatives. You will identify, evaluate and manage AI-related projects, design and develop end-to-end, scalable AI systems, and work closely with internal and external partners.

Requirements

• University degree (Master's or PhD) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Physics or comparable field.
• At least 5 years of practical experience in software development with Python.
• At least 3 years of experience in implementing and industrializing AI solutions, including at least one major open-source framework (e.g. LangChain, Pytorch).
• Strong methodological expertise in at least two of the following areas: Generative AI, Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, MLOps or platform development.
• Hands-on experience in data engineering, including building and managing database systems and data pipelines.
• Practical experience in cloud and infrastructure engineering using AWS or Azure, as well as GitOps practices in production environments.
• Strong proficiency in software development best practices such as clean code principles, object-oriented programming, DevOps and testing.
