Specialist, Insurance CZ & SK

We are looking for a Specialist, Insurance CZ & SK to provide operational support to Insurance Experts, Area Sales Managers, and other stakeholders in Czech Republic and Slovakia. The role involves recalculation of insurance offers, achieving sales, cost, and quality targets, and managing insurance premium and commission payments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Insurance Business, or related field
• Experience in insurance operations, sales support, or financial services
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, pricing, commissions, and regulatory compliance (IDD) is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office and reporting tools
• Fluent in Czech and Slovak; strong English skills
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and in teams
