Job Description
The Production Area Manager is responsible for leading a team of 40-50 members in the Energy Module area, ensuring high-quality production, and collaborating with internal partners to prevent technical downtime.
Requirements
- Technical degree in fields such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, chemical engineering, or any production-related area
- Several years of experience in production leadership roles with high technical purity
- Fluent Hungarian and intermediate English language skills
- Exceptional leadership qualities and skills
