The Crew Chief role focuses on managing and completing jobs per SERVPRO® processes, responding to service calls, coordinating with other departments, cleaning facilities, and ensuring quality and safety. This includes monitoring jobs, sales, and customer communication, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
