Job Description
BNY is seeking an Associate, Client Processing II - Conventional Debt to join our Conventional Trust Client Platform team in Pittsburgh, PA. The role involves performing routine and non-routine client service and transactional support functions, providing analytics and reporting services, and advising organizational units/teams to ensure timely delivery of service or resolution of issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of total work experience
- Excellent communication and writing abilities
- Demonstrated ability to prepare transmission files and coordinate with cross-functional groups
- Attention to detail
- Problem solving, critical thinking, time management and communication
- Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and execute workload
- Prior experience with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
