Associate, Corporate Actions II

BNY is seeking an Associate to join its Corporate Actions team. The role involves performing corporate action-related custody and accounting processing requirements, managing risk, and proactively recognizing and processing complex global market events. The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 3-5 years of work experience in financial services or corporate actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3-5 years of total work experience preferred.
• Experience in financial services or corporate actions preferred.
• Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
