The role involves leading application development teams, driving software solutions, and mentoring engineering managers. The ideal candidate has 15+ years of software development experience and a strong track record of leading complex software programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 15+ years of software development experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing multiple teams or PODs
- Proven track record leading large-scale, complex software programs involving cross-functional teams
- Experience in financial services, healthcare, or other regulated industries
- Prior experience working in a matrixed organization with distributed teams
- Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps Engineer, etc.)
- Strong hands-on full stack development experience with all latest technologies
- AI First approach to all activities of development, testing and operationalizing any solution
