Job Description
We're seeking a Director, Business Compliance Officer - Wealth Compliance to join our Risk & Compliance team. The role will ensure alignment with applicable OCC, Consumer banking, SEC, and FINRA regulations, and partner with business leaders to assess compliance implications of new products and services.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in wealth management or consumer banking advisory compliance roles
- Strong knowledge of OCC, consumer banking, FINRA and/or SEC regulations
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (JD, MBA) and/or relevant certifications preferred
