BNY is seeking a Director, Fund/Client Accounting Manager to lead the Fund Accounting function in Wroclaw, Poland. The successful candidate will oversee multiple teams, manage client relationships, and drive execution of business plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent
- 7-10 years of work experience, including 3-5 years in management
- Big 4 accounting firm experience preferred
- Proven track record in leading fund accounting conversions
- In-depth knowledge of EMEA jurisdictional requirements
- Client-facing and stakeholder management experience
- Project management skills
- Experience building and managing large teams
