BNY is seeking a Director, POM Product Management to lead product development and strategy for large and/or complex products, leveraging expertise in industry trends, market segments, and competitor profiles.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated ability in product development and delivery with a proven track record in defining winning product constructs and delivering a product roadmap
- Prior experience working in the financial industry preferred
- Experience applying Agile and Scrum methodologies in product strategy and delivery
