Job Description
BNY Mellon is seeking a Senior Vice President, Agile Coach to join their Enterprise Change Office. This role involves operationalizing agile frameworks within organizations, coaching and mentoring agile leads, and conducting trainings. The focus is on transforming the organization through innovative and advanced technology.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Change Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- Relevant years of experience, with Agile coaching experience
- Expertise in Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
