Job Description
Alliance is seeking a SENIOR AGILE CONSULTANT to support and enable teams in agile methodologies. This role involves designing and establishing an agile transformation framework, providing training and mentoring, and facilitating the adoption of agile practices across various teams. The ideal candidate will be fluent in German and English and possess strong interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience as Agile Master, Agile Coach, and associated tasks.
- Living agile values and inspiring teams for agile practices.
- Experience facilitating, planning, coordinating, and prioritizing product teams.
- Experience with interdisciplinary teams applying agile frameworks.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Fluent German and English language skills (C1 minimum).
