Senior Vice President, Client Asset Safety

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Client Asset Safety (CASS) to join our Wealth Services Platform team. This role can be located in either London or Manchester. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Oversight of the operational effectiveness of BNY Pershing’s systems and controls, Manage the Client Asset Oversight quality assurance plan, Prepare and submit reports at Board and Executive Committee level, Act as the CASS SME for business initiatives, Identify and implement opportunities to enhance and automate controls and culture to mitigate risk to BNY Pershing, its clients and the market.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Number of years' experience in a senior client asset specific role
• Strong experience of operational application of client asset rules
• Full understanding of managing breaches of the regulations, including materiality assessment and regulatory reporting where required
• Experience of regulatory submissions/notifications such as CMAR/ MCAR and adhering to regulatory deadlines
• Experience of managing an operations or Client Asset Oversight team
