Job Description
BNY is seeking a Senior Vice President, Client Enablement Manager to join their Wealth Solution team in Manchester. The successful candidate will lead end-to-end client onboarding projects, own and optimize onboarding processes, and develop a deep understanding of onboarding systems and data flows.
Requirements
- Previous onboarding experience
- Extensive work experience in client onboarding, implementation, or operational delivery
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder onboarding initiatives
- Strong understanding of onboarding platforms, document management, and data flows
- Excellent communication skills
- Track record in simplifying processes, removing friction, and driving measurable client experience and cycle-time improvements
