Job Description
BNY Mellon is seeking a Senior Vice-President, Counsel to support its FX and Derivatives trading activities. This role involves managing trading documentation teams, negotiating international trade agreements, and providing legal advice on regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will work with global teams to ensure compliance and manage risk in a dynamic environment. They will need to be knowledgeable in various financial products and industries, particularly FX/Derivatives trading.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant experience, specifically experience with FX and derivatives trading documentation.
- Experience with custodian banking foreign exchange products.
- In-house legal and transactional advice at a global financial services institution.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
