Job Description
BNY is seeking a Senior Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer to join our Liquidity and Financing Engineering team. The role will involve leading the design, development, and deployment of high-quality, scalable, and resilient applications using various technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, leadership experience, and a passion for innovation and collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of progressive engineering experience, including leadership of multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong CS fundamentals with problem solving analysis, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Experience building distributed high-performance, high-availability systems
- Hands on experience in Core Java & J2EE skills, PL/SQL, python
- Fundamental understanding of RDBMS and database design applications
- Experience with RESTFul webservices, Tomcat, Apache, Unix Script
- Experience with working in Finance is preferred
