Senior Vice President, POM Product Management

BNY is seeking a Senior Vice President, POM Product Management to drive the development of key products and solutions with significant impact. As a thought leader, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of product strategy. You will influence product direction at a strategic level and translate user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for your team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business management, finance or related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.
• 8-10+ years of product management with experience creating strategic product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed environment.
• Experience building and launching products from ideation through launch and revision.
• Deep knowledge and experience in agile methodologies, including writing well-defined stories and acceptance criteria, and being able to provide daily direction to an agile team.
• Prior experience working in the financial services industry, specifically prior knowledge of the Custody business and/or institutional banking preferred.
