Job Description
As a Senior Vice President, POM Product Management, you will drive the product roadmap and delivery for Transfer Agency Investor Experience capabilities, partnering with stakeholders to define and prioritize channel enhancements and strategic initiatives. You will serve as Product Owner for key investor experience products and features, leading a cross-functional team to deliver secure, accessible, and scalable digital experiences.
Requirements
- 8+ years of overall experience
- Product Owner (or Product Manager) background with a track record delivering digital products in an Agile environment
- Background in Operations, Product, or Engineering roles in fund servicing
- Experience building or owning consumer-facing technology
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience driving digital product enhancements
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
- Internal and external client-facing experience
- Experience using AI in product development
