Senior Vice President, Product Owner (Global Collateral)

We're seeking a Senior Vice President, Product Owner to join our Global Collateral team to influence platform strategic direction and product prioritization, conduct sophisticated analytics, design and market innovative collateral products, and collaborate across teams.

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in global funding markets, triparty platforms, central clearing, margining practices, collateral optimization, and the role of clearing banks and custodians
• Deep understanding of capital and liquidity constraints under various regulatory regimes
• Strong quantitative skills and comfort with performing complex analysis on large datasets using latest BI and AI tools
• Proven track record of designing, launching, and managing financial products and funding structures, with specific experience in triparty repo structures and workflows in an Agile development model
• Experience collaborating with legal, compliance, and operations to structure innovative financing products while ensuring regulatory adherence
• Ability to interface credibly with institutional clients, dealers, and internal stakeholders including trading, technology, risk, and operations teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex market concepts into actionable platform strategies, published thought leadership, and client briefs
