Job Description
BNY is seeking a Specialist, Client Service Management to join its Wealth Services Client Service team. The role will participate in end-to-end client service delivery, issue resolution, and continuous service improvement. Strong analytical and communication skills are required, along with 3-5 years of work experience in client service or financial services.
