Vice President, Client Processing Manager

Requirements

• Supervise a small to medium-sized Client Processing support team
• Manage the daily transactional workflow within the team
• Identify areas requiring operational analysis and resolution
• Oversee Client Processing to ensure transactions are handled correctly and timely
• Provide product knowledge and technical assistance on complex problems
• Participate in the recruiting process, instruct, assign, direct, and review the work of Client Processing analysts
• Prepare performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback to staff
• Provide input into departmental budgets and planning, and may develop business plans for team/group operations
• Contribute to the achievement of team objectives
