Requirements
- Supervise a small to medium-sized Client Processing support team
- Manage the daily transactional workflow within the team
- Identify areas requiring operational analysis and resolution
- Oversee Client Processing to ensure transactions are handled correctly and timely
- Provide product knowledge and technical assistance on complex problems
- Participate in the recruiting process, instruct, assign, direct, and review the work of Client Processing analysts
- Prepare performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback to staff
- Provide input into departmental budgets and planning, and may develop business plans for team/group operations
- Contribute to the achievement of team objectives
