Join BNY as a Vice President, Client Reporting/Performance Manager and lead the client operations and reporting team, driving innovation in reporting processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred
- Typically 4-7 years of experience and 0-1 years of management experience. Experience in trading or brokerage preferred
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail in reporting and performance metrics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
