Job Description
BNY is seeking a Vice President, Fiduciary Oversight Management to join their team. The role will involve managing regulatory oversight activities, providing approvals and oversight for fiduciary account administrative reviews, and collaborating with business units to develop procedures and controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Advanced degree or certifications in compliance or regulatory affairs desirable
- Typically 7-10 years of experience in Wealth Management or related industry
- Strong knowledge of OCC Regulation 9
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams
- Proven track record in regulatory compliance and risk management strategies
