Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer

As a Vice President, Full Stack Engineer at BNY, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of high-quality, scalable, and resilient applications using Java, Angular, python, and SQL. You will collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. You will drive best practices in software development, including code quality, testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in technical design, development, implementation, and documentation of cross-functional, multi-platform application systems
• Thorough and demonstrable knowledge with Core Java, Core Spring Framework, Python/R Script, web services, relational databases, GIT, frontend framework such as Angular
• Intermediate understanding of security principles and architecture design principles
• Programming well-designed, testable, efficient code
• Analyzing, designing, and developing tests and test-automation suites
• Solid understanding of SDLC, specifically Agile methodologies
• 5 plus years' experience developing applications using Java, Spring/Spring Boot, python, Angular
• Familiarity with Kafka, Hazelcast AWS (S3), AI, JIRA, Confluence
