Vice President, Network and Cloud Security Engineer

BNY is seeking a Vice President, Network and Cloud Security Engineer to join their Information Security Division team in Pune. The successful candidate will lead delivery of network security solutions and drive the implementation of cloud security technical solutions.

Requirements

• Strong experience in security domain with network skills across multiple platforms
• Proven experience designing, implementing, and operating datacenter, DMZ, cloud, and end point security infrastructures globally
• Strong foundation in ITIL processes, application management, formal change management, network governance controls and risk analysis
• Demonstrated ability to lead design discussions and manage technical stakeholders with an ownership mindset
• Experience with observability and logging, including SIEM/log analytics, performance monitoring, configuration baselines, and drift detection
• Working knowledge of network automation concepts, including scripting (e.g., Python) and configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible) to standardize and enforce controls
• Proficiency with network observability tools such as SolarWinds, Splunk, Grafana, etc. to proactively monitor, diagnose, and maintain network health
• Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex network issues
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across infrastructure, security, and application teams
