Vice President, POM Product Management

In this role, you'll set a clear product vision, own end-to-end delivery on pod outcomes, and facilitate release planning with stakeholders. The successful candidate will have expertise in institutional banking, agile ways of working, and AI agentic solutions.

Requirements

• Experience as a product owner and with agile ways of working, including sprint planning and backlog prioritization
• Institutional banking expertise, ideally in the Custody business with domain knowledge in Corporate Actions and Income
• Some experience in the creation and practical application of AI agentic solutions
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders in a complex organization
• Strong communication skills, both with team and executives
• Ability to leverage multiple influencing techniques to motivate a team
• Strong problem solver with ability to manage and lead the team to push the solution and progress
