Job Description
BNY is seeking a Vice President, Regulatory Oversight Management to join their Global Holdings Reporting team in NYC. The role involves supporting the identification and preparation of Substantial Shareholder disclosures and regulatory reports, coordinating with Regulatory SMEs, and performing data management and quality control.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5-8 years of total work experience preferred
- Proficient with MS Excel
- Programming knowledge a plus
- Knowledge of the Financial Services Industry
- Strong collaborative skills
- Strong communication skills, problem-solving and basic project management abilities
