Job Description
BNY is seeking a Vice President, Trustee & Depositary to join their team in Wroclaw. The role involves assisting management in maintaining a comprehensive monitoring program, ensuring funds comply with regulatory and fund-specific documentation, and driving operational efficiencies. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's/Master's degree, 5+ years of relevant experience, and product knowledge in Private Equity/Real Estate/FOFs/Loans/OTC. High communication skills, PC literacy, and analytical skills are also required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in a business or legal related discipline
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Experience with Private Equity/Real Estate Depositary and/or Fund Accounting business
- Product knowledge: Private Equity/Real Estate/FOFs/Loans/OTC
- Familiarity with Accounting reports, such as Statement of Investments (Portfolio Details), General Ledger, Trial Balance
- High communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- PC literacy and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues to the satisfaction of clients
- High level of accuracy and professionalism
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive, focused attitude towards work and an ability to consistently meet deadlines
