Requirements
- Degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources or ADE
- Consolidated experience in management positions in HR
- Advanced knowledge in labor law and implementation of compensation and performance systems
- Familiarity with personnel management tools, payroll systems, and online training platforms
- Person with a strategic vision, oriented to results, with leadership skills, initiative, and proactivity
- Availability to travel periodically to other company branches at the national level
