Our client is a Valencian company with national presence in the furniture sector. The job mission is to design and supervise human resources management policies and personnel administration, ensuring productivity, team satisfaction, and strategic alignment with organizational objectives.

Requirements

• Degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources or ADE
• Consolidated experience in management positions in HR
• Advanced knowledge in labor law and implementation of compensation and performance systems
• Familiarity with personnel management tools, payroll systems, and online training platforms
• Person with a strategic vision, oriented to results, with leadership skills, initiative, and proactivity
• Availability to travel periodically to other company branches at the national level
