We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Bo Growth. As a headhunting and organization and people development consulting firm, we work with top-level national and international clients to help them with their talent attraction, development, and retention strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in talent attraction projects
• Ability to manage the selection of profiles for one or several functional areas
• Direct contact with directors and clients
• High level of English
• Ability to lead teams and work under pressure
• Experience in direct search and selection of people
• Ability to capture and autonomous management of clients
