Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in talent attraction projects
- Ability to manage the selection of profiles for one or several functional areas
- Direct contact with directors and clients
- High level of English
- Ability to lead teams and work under pressure
- Experience in direct search and selection of people
- Ability to capture and autonomous management of clients
