Human Resources Development Specialist for a major Valencian company in the chemical sector. Design, implement, and monitor policies and programs for employee growth and well-being. Collaborate in talent attraction, onboarding, training, performance evaluation, talent management, climate and culture, compensation, and strategic HR projects.

Requirements

• University degree in Psychology, Labor Relations and Human Resources, ADE, or similar
• Master's or postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management is highly valued
• Professional experience of at least 4-5 years in similar positions within HR departments, preferably in medium or large companies, or in HR consulting carrying out organizational development projects
