Job Description
The Office of Bar Counsel in Massachusetts (OBC) is seeking a legal administrative assistant to join their team. The role involves supporting attorneys and investigators in the Attorney and Consumer Assistance Program (“ACAP”), processing and documenting telephone calls and written correspondence, and providing administrative support as needed.
Requirements
- Assists ACAP Director in ensuring established workflows are followed
- Processes and dockets incoming telephone calls and correspondence
- Enters accurate data into electronic document management system
- Performs online research of court cases
- Maintains confidentiality of information obtained through work
