Job Description
Board is looking for a UX Designer to join its dynamic UX team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, proficiency in Figma, and experience with user-centered and iterative design processes. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to craft clear, effective, and user-centered experiences for complex enterprise workflows.
Requirements
- Academic background in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- Proven experience in UX design
- Good knowledge of user-centered and iterative design processes, usability principles, and best practices
- Proficiency in Figma
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows, prototyping, and design-to-code collaboration
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG)
- Strong organizational, analytical, and prioritization skills
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous
