Job Description
Business Analyst role in Sandton, South Africa, 12-month contract. Analyze problems, recommend solutions, facilitate communication, and align business needs with IT capabilities.
Requirements
- Apply a set of tasks and techniques to act as a liaison among stakeholders.
- Understand the problems, opportunities, needs, structure, policies, and operations of the organization.
- Work on large, high-risk, and complex projects.
- Recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
- Elicit and analyze the actual needs of stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between organizational units.
- Align the needs of business units with the capabilities delivered by information technology.
- Serve as a translator between business units and IT teams.
- Possess years of deep practical experience in business analysis.
- Perform business analysis in a variety of complex situations with repeated practice.
- Experience in Africa region banking, digital, and servicing.
