Job Description
Develop and implement a Change Management plan, build stakeholder buy-in and support, and deliver high-quality training to ensure a smooth transition to change. Requirements include 5+ years of Change Practitioner experience, certifications in Prosci or equivalent, and experience in operating model changes, IT implementation changes, and running multiple initiatives as a portfolio of change.
