Job Description
We are seeking a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5-8 years of post-article experience to lead our finance team as a Finance Manager. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of reporting and financial management, as well as experience in a management role leading teams.
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) (SA) with 5-8 years of post-article experience
- Proven track record of reporting and financial management
- High attention to detail and analytical precision
- In-depth understanding of financial accounting principles and practices (technical expertise) with the ability to communicate technical concepts in business terms
- Tolerance of stress and pressure
- Broad knowledge of group systems
- 3-5 years of experience in a management role leading teams
- In-depth knowledge of the FMCG market and its challenges
- Good understanding of Tax and VAT Acts
