Job Description
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring all manufacturing equipment is set up and producing product according to established Quality Control specifications and standards. This includes leading the execution of preventative maintenance, breakdowns, plant uptime and Safety projects, and continually monitoring in-process quality.
Requirements
- Millwright, BTech or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years work experience in a manufacturing environment or similar role
- Ability to design processes and layouts
- Excellent understanding of manufacturing processes
- Understanding of Health and Safety practices
- Good understanding of customer deliverables and the impact of failure/cost of poor quality
