Job Description
We are seeking a Model Risk Specialist with a strong background in statistics, mathematics, or a related field, and experience in financial modelling and risk management within a banking context. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, proficiency in programming languages such as SAS, SQL, Excel, Python, and R, and experience with model types including scorecard models, financial crime, and credit risk regulatory capital models.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Quantitative Risk Management, Engineering, Actuarial science, Data science or similar
- Up to 3 years of financial modelling, risk modelling and/or model validation experience within a banking context
- Proficiency in programming languages such as SAS, SQL, Excel, Python, and R
