Job Description
Operation Manager responsible for leading the OMS execution team, managing operations, and ensuring efficient execution of business and customer requirements. Responsible for implementing continuous improvement, maintenance best practices, budget management, reporting, cost control, SHEQ, quality assurance, customer satisfaction, team development, people development, and high-performance culture.
Requirements
- BSc / BTech Degree in Engineering, or National Diploma in Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the Converting Plant
- At least 5 years in a senior management position
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Computer literacy and strong risk management capabilities
- Practical knowledge of Project Management (desirable)
- Experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or a related industry
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or similar continuous improvement methodologies
